Hmm...These are very hard choices.

OK I'll start out with the charcuterie and some extreme chicken noodle soup and then have the portuguese sopas and finish of with the bread pudding in whiskey caramel.

Can you recommend a wine?

I hope you are starting a restaurant where you make all of my favorite things. Butternut squash ravioli and stuffed tomatoes?? Yessssss please.

D-- beverage list is to come, but I would suggest our signature absinthe cocktail, the green horse, with the charcuterie plate. That's absinthe, champagne, grand marnier, and simple syrup. Then I'd pick a white with your noodle soup, a light red with sopas, and finally a kansas port with your bread pudding. then an irish coffee. why the fuck not.

sarah-- you are my inspiration for vegetarian dishes, so, um, yes. I'm going to have your favorite things.

Table for two plus room for a high chair, motherfucker. You'll want to have your likker license in order.
